We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP, GST, TDS, statutory compliance, and should be capable of handling accounts independently up to finalization.

Responsibilities:
*Handle day-to-day accounting in Tally Prime/ERP.

*Record Purchase, Sales, Journal, Payment, Receipt, and Contra entries.

*Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

*Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

*Prepare and reconcile Debtors and Creditors ledgers.

*Maintain General Ledger and ensure accurate bookkeeping.

*Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.

*Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

*Coordinate with auditors during Internal and Statutory Audits.

*Prepare Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet, and Trial Balance.

*Complete Accounts Finalization on monthly and yearly basis.





*Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation records.

*Ensure timely vendor payments and customer collections.

*Support budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.

*Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
Required Skills:
*Strong knowledge of Tally Prime/ERP (Mandatory).

Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Basic Formulas).

*Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards.

*Experience in Accounts Finalization.

*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

*Positive communication and team management skills.

Qualifications:
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

5-10 years of experience in Accounts and Finance.

Experience in Manufacturing, Trading, or Logistics industry will be preferred.
