Role Description

The Senior Executive Human Resources role is a full-time, in office position based in Pune District. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle management, and HR documentation.



The Senior Executive will implement and maintain HR policies, support managers with performance management processes, and foster positive employee relations across the organization. Responsibilities include managing HR data and systems, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards, and coordinating training, engagement, and welfare initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with leadership to support organizational growth, culture-building, and talent development in line with Biofuelcircle’s mission.

Key Tasks
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and address employee grievances.
