Are you passionate about building modern data platforms, semantic layers, and AI-ready data ecosystems? We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer with expertise in Semantic Data Modeling, Knowledge Graphs, and Data Virtualization to join our growing team.
✅ Key Responsibilities
? Design and implement enterprise semantic data layers using Timbr (preferred) or Stardog.
? Build virtualized business views across Databricks, Oracle, and other enterprise data platforms without physically moving data.
? Develop semantic models using Knowledge Graphs, Ontologies,
Taxonomies, RDF, OWL, and Relationship Mapping.
? Integrate semantic layers with Power BI, Cognos, and Qlik via SQL/JDBC.
? Enable AI/GenAI use cases by leveraging Knowledge Graphs, Semantic Search, RAG, LLM Contextualization, and Graph Analytics.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver governed, scalable, and business-friendly data solutions.
✅ Required Skills
? Hands-on experience with Timbr (preferred) or Stardog
? Solid expertise in Semantic Data Modeling and Knowledge Graphs
? Experience with Data Virtualization & Federation
? Advanced SQL with experience in Databricks and/or Oracle
? Working knowledge of RDF, OWL, and SPARQL
? Experience integrating semantic models with Power BI, Cognos, or Qlik
? Exposure to Databricks Unity Catalog
? Experience supporting AI/GenAI, Retrieval
?Augmented Generation (RAG), or Large Language Model (LLM)-based solutions
