Role Overview:

TSSC is seeking a agile and analytical Research Manager to support research initiatives related to skill development and the evolving talent requirements of the telecom ecosystem. The role will involve conducting industry research, skill gap studies, policy analysis, and providing strategic insights to support TSSC's initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct skill gap studies and workforce demand assessments for the telecom and allied sectors.




- Undertake research and development initiatives in the field of skill development, vocational education, and future workforce requirements.
- Analyze talent demand-supply trends and emerging job roles within the telecom and digital technology sectors.
- Conduct research on national and international skilling frameworks, government policies, and workforce development initiatives.
- Track and analyze policy developments, government schemes, and regulatory changes related to skilling, education, and employment.
- Prepare research reports, white papers, policy briefs, presentations, and strategic recommendations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the development of new skilling programs, qualification packs, and industry initiatives through evidence-based research.
- Collaborate with industry partners, government bodies, academic institutions, and research organizations for data collection and insights generation.
