The role involves engaging with arriving passengers, promoting Casino's offerings, providing information about ongoing packages and attractions, and encouraging guests to visit the casino.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and interact with domestic and international travelers.
* Explain Casino's offerings, promotions, and facilities.
* Engage passengers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Generate interest and drive footfall to Casino.
* Distribute promotional materials and assist with inquiries.
* Maintain brand image and professionalism at all times.
* Coordinate with the marketing and transport teams when required.
Requirements:
* Female candidates preferred.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
* Pleasant personality with a qualified appearance.
* Confident in approaching and interacting with strangers.
* Prior experience in promotions, hospitality, aviation, events, sales, or customer service is preferred.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and work in shifts.
* Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
