Role Description
The Operations Supervisor at TickoraDesk is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing daily support operations and ensuring productive, consistent service delivery. This role includes monitoring ticket queues and workload distribution, coordinating schedules, and guiding team performance to meet service-level targets.



The Operations Supervisor will analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements that enhance productivity and customer satisfaction. Routine tasks involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting procedures, supporting onboarding and training, and ensuring adherence to established workflows and quality standards. The role also requires proactive communication with team members, clear reporting to leadership, and ongoing optimization of tools and systems used in support operations.
