Role Description
The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Rajasthan, India. The Sales Specialist will engage with existing and potential customers to understand their agricultural needs and present suitable poly house and irrigation solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, following up on leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams on order processing, supporting after-sales service,



and providing basic training to customers on the use of products and technology. The Sales Specialist is expected to meet sales targets, report on market trends, and contribute to the growth of Shri Ji Irrigation in the region.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with farmers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to identify opportunities, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in Training and Sales Management to guide customers on product usage and support basic sales planning activities.
- Knowledge of agricultural technologies, irrigation systems, or poly house solutions is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in rural and semi-urban areas within Rajasthan and travel as required.
- Basic proficiency in local languages and English for presentations and documentati
