Position Summary

As Senior Manager – Hunting, you will be responsible for driving new merchant acquisition for PayGlocal’s cross-border payments stack. This role sits at the forefront of our revenue engine, focused on identifying, pursuing,and closing merchants across priority verticals such as D2C, travel, SaaS, education, and marketplaces.

As PayGlocal scales rapidly, this role is critical to expanding our merchant base,



increasing category penetration,and positioning PayGlocal as the preferred cross-border payments partner for Indian businesses going global. This role is ideal for high-performing sales professionals with 5–8 years of experience and a strong track record in B2B hunting and enterprise deal closures.

What will you work on

• Recent Merchant Acquisition: Own the full sales cycle for net-new merchant acquisition, including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiation, and closure.

• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals ecosystem partnerships, and industry events.

• Consultative Selling: Understand merchant pain points related to international card acceptance, FX,settlements, compliance, and chargebacks, and position PayGlocal’s solutions accordingly.

• CXO Engagement: Lead discovery and solutioning discussions with founders, CFOs, finance
