Job Description

The Site Reliability Engineer (Network Analyst level) is responsible for supporting the design, deployment, and operation of network infrastructure across both cloud-based and physical datacenter environments.

This role focuses on hands-on support of networking systems, including cloud networking on Amazon Web Services (AWS), as well as physical network infrastructure such as datacenter equipment, connectivity, and appliances. The position involves working closely with senior engineers to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable network connectivity across distributed systems.

This role is suited for engineers developing expertise in cloud and datacenter networking, working in a globally distributed infrastructure setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the design, deployment, and operation of AWS networking infrastructure, including VPCs, subnets, routing, load balancers, and DNS (Route 53)
- Assist in managing connectivity between cloud environments and physical datacenters, including integrations with external providers and services




- Support configuration and operation of physical network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and related appliances
- Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) implementations using Terraform for network resources and configurations
- Troubleshoot network-related issues in production environments, including connectivity, latency, routing, and traffic flow problems
- Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and root cause analysis (RCA) related to networking and infrastructure reliability
- Contribute to monitoring and observability solutions for network performance and system health
- Collaborate with platform, security, and development teams to ensure network configurations align with application and business requirements
- Support implementation of best practices for network security, scalability, and high availability across cloud and on-premises environments
