We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in LMS & Talent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in SAP SuccessFactors and be able to work effectively with clients.

Roles and Responsibility
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions using SAP SuccessFactors.
- Design, implement, and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Talent Management solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to clients on SAP SuccessFactors best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP SuccessFactors implementations.




- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors with other systems.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance services to clients on SAP SuccessFactors.

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, including LMS & Talent modules.
- Experience working with clients across various industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
