We are looking for a skilled qualified to fill the role of Area Manager - Broking with Axis Max Life Insurance Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in broking and life insurance, with excellent leadership and management skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the broking team to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Develop and implement effective business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Lead and motivate a team of brokers to meet their individual and collective targets.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in broking or life insurance, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of the life insurance industry, including products, services, and regulations.

- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
