We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect / Interior & Exterior Designer to design, plan, and execute aesthetically pleasing and functional indoor and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills and a passion for innovative design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop landscape, interior, and exterior concepts as per client requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans using AutoCAD.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and ensure design implementation aligns with plans.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Suggest materials, finishes, and design improvements.
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in landscape and/or interior-exterior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and working knowledge of 3D design tools (SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
- Robust understanding of design principles, materials, and space planning.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently.
