The essence of the role

We are seeking an experienced Outreach and Gong Administrator to manage and optimise our sales engagement and revenue intelligence platforms, including their integrations with Salesforce and the wider sales technology ecosystem.

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and technical development of Outreach, including reporting, sequence management, triggers, automations, flows, and Salesforce integrations.



The successful candidate will also act as a Gong Administrator, building dashboards, reports, trackers, scorecards, and ROI reporting, while supporting the adoption of Gong s AI capabilities.

The role will lead sales technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Revenue Operations. The successful candidate will also support Gainsight, DocuSign, and Chili Piper.

The ideal candidate will bring 3 5 years of experience working with sales technology platforms, strong Salesforce integration expertise, and the ability to lead technical projects while supporting operational system requests through Jira.
