Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Healthcare Architect with extensive expertise in healthcare interoperability, enterprise architecture, cloud modernization, and digital health transformation. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale healthcare platforms, enabling seamless interoperability across provider, payer, pharmacy, and digital health ecosystems.

The role requires deep experience in EHR integrations, healthcare interoperability standards, cloud-native architectures, API-first development,



and enterprise modernization initiatives. The architect will collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, healthcare organizations, and executive leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant healthcare technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture strategy for large-scale healthcare modernization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Design scalable interoperability solutions supporting providers, payers, pharmacies, and healthcare technology partners.
- Architect cloud-native, API-first healthcare platforms using up-to-date microservices and distributed system architectures.
- Define enterprise interoperability frameworks leveraging HL7v2, FHIR R4, SMART on FHIR, CDS Hooks, X12 EDI, and NCPDP SCRIPT standards.
