Role Description
This is a full time remote role for a Customer Support Executive.



The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and online channels, resolving product and service-related inquiries, and ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution. The Customer Support Executive will provide technical support for IKIN’s smart lock solutions, guide clients through device setup and troubleshooting, and escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary. Day-to-day tasks include logging and tracking support tickets, maintaining documentation of customer interactions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service-level agreements. The role also includes collaborating with operations and product teams to share customer feedback, identify recurring issues, and support continuous improvement in service quality.
