Role Description
The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Muzaffarnagar. This role oversees the development and implementation of CRM strategies to strengthen customer loyalty and drive repeat business. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing customer data and segmentation, monitoring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and coordinating follow-ups with the sales team.
The manager will analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and targeted outreach. The role also involves collaborating with operations and management to ensure consistent communication, maintaining CRM tools and reports, and supporting branch teams in delivering a high standard of customer experience.
