Role Description
The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating electrical projects and service orders. This full-time, in office role in Delhi, India involves managing workflows, supervising staff, monitoring inventory and procurement, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role includes tracking project timelines and costs, optimizing resource allocation, and improving operational processes and documentation. The Operations Manager will liaise with suppliers and customers, resolve operational issues,



and provide regular reporting to leadership on performance and productivity. The position also requires coaching team members, implementing standard operating procedures, and supporting compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.

Qualifications
- Experience in operations management, preferably in electrical, construction, or technical services environments.
- Strong skills in planning, scheduling, and coordination of projects and field activities.
- Proficiency in inventory control, basic procurement processes, and vendor management.
- Ability to analyze operational data, track KPIs, and implement process improvements.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and relevant regulations in an on-site technical environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with technicians, suppliers, and customers.
