Manager – Financial Due Diligence
to join a high-performing Transaction Advisory team.
Location- Mumbai
Level- Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Associate Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial due diligence engagements for private equity and strategic clients.
- Analyze revenue, profitability, working capital, net debt, cash flows, and quality of earnings.
- Identify key deal risks and provide actionable insights to support investment decisions.
- Manage end-to-end engagement delivery, including planning, execution, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Tax and other advisory practices.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.
- Mentor and develop high-performing teams of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates.
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence/Transaction Advisory in a client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of M&A; transactions, financial statement analysis, and deal processes.
- Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements, teams, and client expectations.
