About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, technically inclined, and detail-oriented
Technical Backoffice Operations Executive

to join our growing Operations Team.

This role is ideal for graduates who are interested in
FinTech,



Forex, Trading Platforms, Technical Support, APIs, and Broker Operations

.

You will work closely with international Forex brokers, monitor trading infrastructure, support MT5 environments, perform operational health checks, assist in client onboarding, verify KYC documents, and coordinate with technical teams to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor MT5 servers, CRM systems, bridges, and trading infrastructure during the night shift.
- Perform daily operational and technical health checks for client environments.
- Monitor alerts, incidents, service disruptions, and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with MT5 Administrators, Developers, and Technical Support teams.
- Assist clients with trading account creation, account management, and platform-related requests.
- Review and verify KYC documents as per company procedures.
- Support client onboarding and documentation proc
