*About the Role :-*
We are relaunching a fashion and apparel business (retail + e-commerce) that previously closed due to operational and management challenges. We're looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to diagnose what went wrong, rebuild core processes, and set the business up to run smoothly and sustainably as it reopens. This is a part-time/contract role suited to someone who enjoys fixing broken system
*Qualifications Required*
:-
- 3+ years of experience in retail operations, e-commerce operations, or supply chain/logistics
- Experience working with or managing inventory and fulfillment systems
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity
- Strong organizational skills and attention to process detail
- Good communication skills — able to explain issues and solutions clearly to a non-technical owners and thrives in a lean, early-stage environment.

Diagnosis & Planning
- Audit past operations to identify what caused breakdowns (inventory, fulfillment, staffing, cash flow bottlenecks, etc.)
- Build a relaunch operations plan with explicit priorities and timelines
- Recommend which processes to rebuild, simplify, or eliminate
Inventory & Supply Chain
- Set up or clean up inventory tracking systems (stock levels, SKUs, sizing/variants)
- Source, vet, and manage relationships with suppliers/manufacturers
- Manage purchase orders, lead times, and reorder points to avoid stockouts or overstock*
