Location: GURUGRAM (GURGAON). The additional areas will include FARIDABAD & ROHTAK
Salary: Rs. 22000/-to 28000/- per month
Additional TA/DA @ Rs. 5000/- per month and additional travel expense between cities.
Qualification & Skills:
- Graduate in Psychology / BAMS / Diploma in Healthcare / Counselling
- 1–2 years of experience in Patient Counselling
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language(s)
- Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping skills
Role:
To counsel patients on sexual health concerns using Ayurvedic principles, build trust, and monitor the effectiveness of the treatment programs, under the supervision of a qualified Physician.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide stigma-free counselling for men with sexual health concerns.
- Address common conditions such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, low libido, etc.
- Offer lifestyle advice when necessary.
- Promote early detection of underlying health issues linked to sexual dysfunction, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and mental health disorders.
- Maintain patient and counselling records
- Ensure patient confidentiality
Clinical Support (Non-prescriptive)
- Understand patient history (lifestyle, diet, stress, sleep)
- Chosen candidates will receive on-the-job training.
Contractual / Temporary Role - will be extended based on your performance.
Help patients feel informed, supported, and cared for at every step of their healthcare journey.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
