Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Engineer/Consultant – Siemens Polarion ALM
to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of
Siemens Polarion ALM
solutions, enabling productive application lifecycle management across complex engineering and software development projects.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor technical professionals, and play a key role in delivering scalable, high-quality ALM solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

Polarion ALM Implementation & Customization
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and customization of Siemens Polarion ALM to meet business and customer requirements.
- Design, configure, and maintain Polarion workflows, templates, dashboards, and reports.




- Analyze existing application lifecycle management processes and recommend improvements using Polarion ALM.
- Develop customizations using JavaScript, REST APIs, and other supported technologies.
- Integrate Polarion with enterprise tools such as Jira, Jenkins, Git, Teamcenter, and other CI/CD platforms.
- Support cloud-based and on-premises Polarion deployments, upgrades, and maintenance.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary technical expert for all Polarion-related initiatives.
- Work closely with product managers, software developers, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Polarion solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
