We are looking for an experienced
Sourcing Manager
to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source land, farm house plots, and villa projects.
- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners.




- Handle channel partner onboarding and relationship management.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic tie-ups.
- Coordinate with landowners, brokers, and developers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sourcing deals.
- Conduct market research and identify potential projects.

Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Sourcing.
- Strong network in land acquisition, farm house plots, and villas.
- Experience in channel partner management and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
