We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Support Engineer to join our team at RapidCircle Advisory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Power Platform and excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Platform applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and enhance system performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation of technical solutions and knowledge base articles.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on Power Platform applications and best practices.
- Analyze and report on system metrics and usage patterns to identify areas for improvement.




- Stay up-to-date with new features and releases of the Power Platform and apply them to improve systems.

Job Requirements
- Solid understanding of the Power Platform architecture and its components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
