Roles and Responsibilities
- Teach commerce subjects to undergraduate students, including lectures, tutorials, and assignments.
- Develop and deliver course materials, assessments, and evaluations for finance courses.
- Conduct research in areas related to finance and teach advanced topics such as equity research.
- Participate in departmental activities, seminars, workshops, conferences, and other academic events.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master's degree (M.Com) with a specialization in Fintech/Equity Research from a recognized university.
- 1-5 years of experience in teaching or industry-related roles.
- Robust knowledge of accountancy principles, financial markets, instruments, regulations & practices.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to convey complex ideas simply.
