Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR professional or academician to deliver the
Strategic Human Resource Planning
course for PGDM/MBA students. The trainer will integrate HRM strategies with business strategy, focusing on talent management, workforce planning, performance systems, and Industry 4.0 HR practices. The role requires strong academic grounding, practical industry exposure, and the ability to design interactive, project-centric learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions across
6 modules
(Strategic HR Planning, Manpower Planning, HR Practices, Retention, Performance Management, HRM in Industry 4.0).
- Guide students through
case studies, simulations, and field projects
aligned with Bloom’s Taxonomy (L3–L6).
- Mentor students in project-centric learning, ensuring integration across all modules.




- Evaluate student performance through quizzes, assignments, and project assessments.
- Incorporate
global best practices, industry case studies, and digital HR tools
into teaching.
- Collaborate with academic council for curriculum updates and pedagogy innovation.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in
Strategic HRM, Workforce Planning, Talent Management, Performance Systems
.
- Proven ability to teach or apply
HR in Industry 4.0
(digital workforce planning, work system redesign).
- Experience in
case-based teaching, simulations, and project mentoring
.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and academic writing skills.

Preferred Skills
- Exposure to
AI in HR, GenAI tools for SBOM creation, HR analytics, and digital HR platforms
.
- Prior teaching/training experience in
PGDM/MBA programs
.
- Industry background in HR leadership roles.
- Familiarity with
NIST, OWASP, sustainability frameworks
