Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for D2C brands.
- Manage Sales, Conversion, and Catalog campaigns to achieve ROAS and revenue goals.
- Monitor and improve key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Build audience strategies, retargeting campaigns, and scaling plans.
- Implement and manage Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with the creative team to improve ad creatives and campaign performance.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for D2C/e-commerce brands.
- Proven experience running Sales and Conversion campaigns with measurable results.
- Robust understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and attribution.
- Knowledge of basic SEO and lead generation is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with experience optimizing ROAS and scaling profitable campaigns.
- Agency experience preferred.
