Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on IT & Network Support Executive to manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure across the Head Office and all branch locations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, internet, and CCTV issues, as well as planning and setting up IT infrastructure for current sites. The ideal candidate should be capable of working independently, responding quickly to technical issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across all locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end IT support for the Head Office and all company locations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, printer, internet, Wi-Fi, email, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, biometric devices, and other IT peripherals.
- Configure and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi networks, routers, switches, firewalls, and internet connectivity.




- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems, DVRs/NVRs, and remote monitoring access.
- Set up complete IT infrastructure for new offices/sites, including networking, internet, CCTV, workstations, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Support Microsoft 365 administration, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, user accounts, and email configuration.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding, user permissions, password resets, and access provisioning.
- Coordinate with vendors, internet service providers, and service partners for procurement, installation, warranty support, AMC management, and issue resolution.
- Procure IT hardware, networking equipment, and related accessories as per business requirements.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets, software licenses, networking equipment, and CCTV systems.
