Role Description
The Assistant Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Madhapur, Hyderabad.



This role supports the sales leadership team in driving commercial real estate leasing and investment sales, managing client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, conducting site visits and presentations, preparing sales proposals, and tracking leads and opportunities in the CRM system. The Assistant Sales Manager will coordinate with marketing and development teams to align sales messaging with project positioning, assist in negotiations, and ensure timely follow-up and deal closure. The role also involves monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism and service in all client interactions.
