Job Title: US Tax Associate / US Senior Tax Associate

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Tax professional to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US Taxation, preferably with a CPA firm, along with strong knowledge of IRS processes and the ability to communicate directly with clients while managing tax-related matters independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Review, analyze, and respond to IRS notices, including CP notices, audit letters, and balance-due notices.
- Prepare and file US tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1120, 1120-S, and 1065.
- Communicate directly with clients to collect tax documents, explain IRS correspondence, and provide regular updates.
- Coordinate with the IRS through phone calls, written correspondence, and other communication channels to resolve client tax matters.
- Track filing deadlines,



follow up on pending IRS responses, and maintain accurate client records.
- Support senior team members with US tax compliance and tax planning activities.
- Stay updated with IRS regulations, tax law changes, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills
- 2–3 years of experience in US Taxation, preferably with a CPA firm.
- Hands-on experience handling IRS notices and communicating directly with clients.
- Strong understanding of US federal tax laws, tax forms, and filing procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience with tax software such as Drake, UltraTax, ProSeries, Lacerte, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple clients, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- EA or CPA qualification is preferred.
