Account Manager

who can own client relationships, ensure seamless communication, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

About the role :

As an
Account Manager

, you will be responsible for managing client relationships across multiple brand accounts, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to project delivery. Acting as the
primary point of contact

, you'll work closely with clients to understand their business goals, communicate updates, manage expectations,



and ensure every engagement runs smoothly.

While Content Managers focus on content strategy and execution, you'll own the overall client experience, ensuring communication, timelines, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management are handled effectively.
