We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive with 3+ years of experience in managing customer invoicing, collections, payment reconciliation, and receivables reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems to ensure timely collections and accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.

Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Follow up with customers regarding overdue invoices through calls and emails.

Reconcile customer payments, credit notes, and account balances.

Resolve billing discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams.

Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and supporting documentation.

Prepare aging reports, collection reports, and MIS reports for management.

Process customer refunds, adjustments, and write-offs as per company policies.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.





Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to receivables.

Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to improve collection efficiency.

Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation and reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✔ 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

✔ Solid understanding of invoicing, collections, payment applications, and account reconciliation.

✔ Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, or Tally.

✔ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting).

✔ Knowledge of GST/VAT and accounting principles.

✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

✔ Strong written and verbal
