ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Business Analyst who is passionate about solving business problems through data, structured thinking, and execution. This role combines business analytics with strategic execution, requiring someone who can analyze large datasets, identify trends, build dashboards, track business performance, and help leadership convert business goals into measurable outcomes. You will work closely with founders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to generate actionable insights, improve decision-making, streamline processes, and drive operational excellence across the organization.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Analyze business data across sales, marketing, operations, supply chain, finance, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for leadership and internal teams.
- Track and monitor key business KPIs such as Revenue, Conversion Rate, CAC, ROAS, AOV, Inventory Health, Return Rate, and Customer Retention.
- Identify data gaps, business bottlenecks, and process inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Build and maintain dashboards, automated reports, and performance trackers using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Python, BigQuery, or BI tools.
- Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs, reports, and structured deliverables.
