About the Company

A fast-growing US fintech is scaling its India team and has partnered with Flexiple to hire the person who will own its HR systems. You will be the bridge between the people team and the tools that run it. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Human Resources Information System Specialist, you will own the HRIS, keep people data clean and secure, and turn that data into reporting the business can act on as the team grows.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Data
- Administer and configure the HRIS and connected people tools
- Keep employee data accurate, secure, and audit-ready
- Manage integrations, workflows, and system updates

Reporting & Support
- Build HR dashboards and reports on headcount, attrition, and trends
- Support the people team with system queries and process automation




- Document processes and train users on the system

Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1 to 5 years working with HRIS or HR systems and people data
- Strong attention to detail, data discipline, and discretion
- Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting, and HR tooling
- Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with systems like Workday, BambooHR, or SAP SuccessFactors
- Exposure to a fintech, GCC, or high-growth workplace
- Familiarity with HR reporting, dashboards, or light automation
