Role & responsibilities
- Sourcing Credit Cards Digitally through NTB customers & also cross selling cards to ETB Base.
- Meeting current/existing customers to generate business opportunities.
- Open Market, Corporate Activity, Cold calling at Government and Private companies is one of the main KRAs.
- Managing customer relationships & addressing both service & sales queries for customers with an objective to engage & retain customers.
- Credit Card Activation above 94% , Maintain an excellent NPS and maintaining the right product Mix is an important KRA
- Monthly Credit Card Target : 23 Cards.
Preferred candidate profile
- Freshers & experienced both can apply
- Bachelors degree in any relevant discipline
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow
