In Delegation Of The The Quality Design Lead, The Issue Management Lead, In Accordance With The Quality Standards Of Project, Is In Charge Of The
- Issues detected on Design & Devlopment activities (From SHRM to SOP +6 months until hanover to serial life)
- Technical risks control & Anomalies treatment,
- Participation to SCA presentation to understand the issues reported by customer function,
- Produce the summary and Issue management dashboard of its scope within the set deadlines and is responsible for the completeness and relevance of this information,
- Do the audits in shope floor & supplier on the actions taken & robustness of the actions,
- Drive the stakeholders to bring the ontime solutions to secure the positive quality during next build, escalations to PQM, if any,

The Issue management pilot evaluates which work needs to be accomplished by the adaptation of the STLA issue mgt. standard of each phase to the specific constraints of the issues within a general time assigned and organizes his agenda to achieve the milestone objectives,
