Position Title: Product Manager

Objective:

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the evolution of the CarandBike platform acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, editorial and content teams, SEO specialists, and the engineering team.

Today, requirements travel from business intent directly to engineering. This role exists to change that — to introduce a disciplined product layer that analyses requirements, validates feasibility, challenges assumptions, and ensures we build the right things in the most scalable way.

This role suits someone who enjoys translating messy business intent into clean, buildable product specs; and who can earn the trust of both stakeholders and engineers simultaneously.

This is a technical product role. Success requires the ability to understand platform architecture, content models, APIs, metadata structures, and engineering trade-offs, while translating business goals into scalable product capabilities





Accountability:

Product Discovery & Requirement Analysis
- Partner with Business Stakeholders, Marketing, SEO, editorial, and engineering teams to understand growth goals and identify the right problems to solve.
- Evaluate proposed features and enhancements for feasibility, scalability, data dependencies, and expected user impact — before anything reaches engineering.
- Evaluate data availability, taxonomy, metadata structures, and content completeness required to support proposed product experiences
- Translate business requirements into detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can execute without ambiguity.
- Independently validate business requirements against user behaviour data and — not just stakeholder intent.
