Job Description: We are hiring a VKYC Officer to conduct Video KYC verification for customer onboarding and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for verifying customer documents, reviewing KYC details, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records while providing a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Video KYC verification of customers.

- Ensure compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and escalate suspicious activities or mismatches.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
Eligibility:
- Graduate (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year experience in KYC/VKYC/AML processes.
- Valuable communication skills in English.
