Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Team Lead – US Recruitment to lead and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery within an RPO environment. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US recruitment, with exposure to hiring across India and the Philippines, and experience leading recruitment teams. This role requires excellent stakeholder management, service delivery, ATS expertise, and a solid understanding of recruitment metrics, compliance, and process governance.

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality recruitment services.
- Drive the complete recruitment lifecycle, including:
- Intake discussions with hiring managers
- Candidate sourcing and screening
- Interview coordination
- Digital offer management
- Onboarding initiation




- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining excellent hiring manager and candidate experience.

Recruitment Operations
- Manage recruitment activities using ATS platforms (Avature or similar).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment workflows and candidate records.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent repository.
- Leverage market intelligence and industry knowledge to identify the best-fit talent.

Performance & Reporting
- Monitor recruitment SLAs and KPIs to ensure consistent green performance.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.
- Conduct root cause analysis, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support data-driven hiring decisions through meaningful recruitment insights.

Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates and recruitment insights.
