Role Description
The Desktop Support Engineer is a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role is responsible for providing daily technical support for desktop computers, laptops, and related hardware, including installation, configuration, and maintenance. The Desktop Support Engineer will diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues,



manage printer support, and ensure reliable connectivity for users. The role includes responding to support tickets, documenting resolutions, performing routine system checks, and coordinating with IT teams to implement upgrades and patches. The engineer will also assist in asset management, user onboarding, and adherence to security and compliance standards.

Qualifications
- Ability to support and manage desktop computers, laptops, and operating systems.
- Strong technical support skills, including user assistance and incident resolution.
- Experience with printer support, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues using systematic diagnostic methods.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware components and peripheral devices.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
