Role Description
This is a full time, on-site Patent Associate role based in Bangalore Urban.
The Patent Associate will be responsible for drafting and reviewing patent specifications, preparing and filing patent applications, and conducting patentability analyses for clients in technology-driven sectors. Day-to-day work will include collaborating with inventors and internal teams to capture technical innovations, performing legal and technical research, and advising on intellectual property strategies aligned with client business objectives. The role also involves managing patent prosecution workflows, tracking deadlines, coordinating with patent offices and external stakeholders, and supporting partners on complex IP matters. The Patent Associate will contribute to the development of best practices, knowledge resources, and client-focused IP solutions within the firm.
