Role Description
The Account Executive is a full-time, in office role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and growing relationships with distributors, retailers, and key business customers. This role involves handling day-to-day account management activities, including order coordination, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. The Account Executive will support sales targets by preparing quotations, tracking orders, maintaining account records, and following up on payments as needed.



The position also requires regular reporting on account performance, collaborating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and finance, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue within existing and new accounts. The role demands a proactive, organized individual who can represent the company professionally in meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Strong account management and client relationship skills, with the ability to maintain and grow business accounts.
- Solid sales and negotiation capabilities, including experience in meeting targets and identifying new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in basic business tools such as MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
