Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development professional to identify recent business opportunities, acquire clients, and expand GSH India's presence across key industries. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, relationship management, and the ability to develop customized facility management solutions for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities for Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) services.

Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and industry events.





Build relationships with decision-makers such as Facility Managers, Administration Heads, Plant Heads, Procurement Teams, HR, and Corporate Leadership.

Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IFM and engineering service solutions.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits.

Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, and tender submissions in coordination with internal teams.

Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close business opportunities.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.

Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure smooth project transition after business closure.

Build long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
