HIRING FOR INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS (US)

We are looking professionals worked for a US Voice Process.

Key Details:
- Andheri West, Mumbai (WFO)
- ₹2,16,000 – ₹3,60,000 PA
- Night Shift | US Process
- Experience: 6 months – 1 year in International BPO ( US )

Requirements:
- Prior US sales process experience mandatory
- Excellent English communication
- Comfortable with night shifts
- Residing in Mumbai suburbs

Key Responsibilities:
- Handled US Voice Process
- Positive in overcoming objections, convincing and sales
- Taking orders and closing sales
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Email is a must

Eligibility:
- Graduate/Undergraduate degree




- Candidates having 6 - 12 months of international (US) voice process experience are welcome to Apply

Selection Process:
- HR Interview
- VNA (Voice and Accent) Assessment
- Ops Interview

Shift Requirements:
- Candidates should be comfortable working night shift ( 9PM to 6AM )
