We are looking for a skilled Senior QA Engineer / Team Leader with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team at NOVATEKNO SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and leadership, with excellent problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure high-quality software products.
- Lead and manage a team of QA engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development and product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
- Design and execute automated tests using various tools and technologies.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues.
- Develop and maintain testing documentation,



including test cases, test scripts, and defect reports.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on automation testing and agile methodologies.
- Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify defects.
