- 8+ years of qualified C# development, with hands-on .NET 10 experience (or .NET 8/9 with a demonstrated path to 10); prior experience as a Tech Lead or senior engineer coordinating a small team.
- Deep experience with ASP.NET Core minimal APIs / Web API and source-generated handler patterns; comfortable reading and reasoning about generated code.
- Strong command of modern C# idioms and async/await internals.
- Production experience with PostgreSQL via EF Core + Npgsql, including migrations, JSONB, and composite keys.
- Hands-on experience with Hangfire and/or BackgroundService for async and scheduled processing.
- Solid, heavy Azure experience: Key Vault, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Container Registry, Azure Functions, AAD/managed identities.
- Operational literacy in Kubernetes/AKS, Helm, ArgoCD, and Docker (including Testcontainers).
- Experience building resilient third-party API integrations (OAuth2, retry/resilience patterns) in a distributed systems context.
- Working knowledge of Serilog + OpenTelemetry-based observability and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.Role & responsibilities
