- Must be skilled in case law research using platforms like Manupatra, SCC Online, DLT Online, LJ Soft, etc.
- Ability to independently interact with Advocates, government, and police authorities.
- Must have the capabilities and competence to lead the Legal Department of the company.
- Managing and overseeing litigations under various laws.
- Advising management on legal issues related to business activities.
- Providing a variety of transactional and documentation support on legal issues in business functions.
- Providing legal support to different business functions.
- Should have exposure to compliance management regarding corporate governance.
- Proactively identify legal risks in business activities and offer solutions.
- Must be a leader with solid skills in planning and executing legal strategies.
- Liaising with police and investigating authorities regarding the company's legal matters.
