Required Skills:
- 4+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience
- Strong experience in
ServiceNow SAM Pro / Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Experience in
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
is a plus
- Hands-on with
JavaScript, Jelly, REST/SOAP Integrations, Workflows, UI Policies
- Good knowledge of
ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
concepts
- Experience in ServiceNow platform customization, upgrades, and maintenance
- Understanding of software licensing models and hardware lifecycle management




- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow solutions
- Configure workflows, modules, and integrations
- Implement SAM/HAM solutions based on business requirements
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide support
- Maintain documentation and support platform upgrades
- Collaborate with stakeholders and deliver best-practice solutions
