The role is intended for a Design Coordinator with 5 6 years of overall experience, preferably with a solid background in Electrical Design Engineering and approximately 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer Electrical. The candidate should possess sound knowledge in electrical design, multidisciplinary coordination, and site execution practices. Additionally, the objective of this initiative is to support the organization s marketing and business development efforts in the Coimbatore region. The proposed team at Coimbatore will also provide operational and project execution support to the BU-01 team, enabling better regional project management and client coordination. The purpose of this position is to support the establishment and management of projects for the Coimbatore branch, ensuring effective coordination between design teams, site teams, and clients. The role requires both technical design expertise and practical site knowledge to facilitate smooth project execution, timely delivery, and quality compliance.
- Project Coordination and Management:



Coordinate all design activities for projects executed, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project schedules, budgets, and quality requirements.
- MEP Design Review and Technical Support: Review and support the preparation of MEP design deliverables, including load calculations, layouts, BOQs, technical specifications, and tender documents, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and client requirements.
- Multidisciplinary Coordination: Facilitate coordination among Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, and other disciplines to ensure integrated and clash-free design solutions.
- Site Visits and Execution Support: Visit project sites regularly to monitor progress, resolve design-related issues, coordinate with contractors and clients, and ensure that the design intent is implemented correctly.
