We're looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordinator Intern to join our growing team. If you're passionate about communication, project coordination, and marketing, this internship will give you hands-on experience working with brands and creative teams in a fast-paced advertising agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Coordinate with the creative, content, and performance marketing teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collect client requirements and prepare clear creative briefs.
- Track project timelines and follow up with internal teams on deliverables.
- Schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes, and share action items.
- Handle day-to-day client communication via email, phone, and WhatsApp.
- Review creatives before sharing with clients to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Maintain project trackers and organize client documents.
- Assist in campaign planning and execution.
- Support the team with administrative and coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kakkanad, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
